Ask Your Partner

Ask your partner how you can help them feel loved.

Ask Your Partner

There are so many things you can do to improve your relationship. The two of you can become better friends. You can learn how to communicate in a healthy way. Then you can use each other’s love languages. And you can work on having a deeper soul level connection. You can practice having non-sexual physical touch every day. And of course you can communicate better about your sex life.

But the one thing that can make a big difference immediately is if you ask this question: “What can I do to help you feel loved?” This question is as open as it can get. Yet it is also specific. Because it asks for a very specific answer. Instead of trying to guess what your partner wants, you are asking for the precise thing that they need right now. It could be as simple as a hug. Or it could be something like behaving in a way that is the opposite of what you are doing now. The point is whatever your partner answers it should be the exact thing that they need to feel loved. And it will help you feel good about yourself.

Be Careful When You Ask Your Partner

There are situations where you should be careful when you ask this question. For example if you are in a relationship with someone who is extremely selfish and egotistical. In that case they might take advantage and ask you to do all sorts of menial tasks for them. Doing them will not help them feel loved. Nor will it help you to feel good about yourself.

If this is you then you may need some help from a relationship coach. There are other issues that you need to deal with before this question can have the desired effect. We will work on uncovering the deeper issues and bringing healing to them first.

So that is one of the things you can expect in my online relationship coaching. If you want to try it out, I would love to offer you a powerful coaching call so you can experience it for yourself. It is my gift to you.
