Becoming Courageous

Have you ever thought about the importance of becoming courageous?

People are often held back from pursuing their dreams because they are scared. So they do everything but the thing they really want to do.

Have you ever cleaned out your kitchen, when you really wanted more paying clients?

Or played a musical instrument for many hours when you wanted to get super fit and start having early nights?

I like to call this productive procrastination. And it’s ok because you’re making progress elsewhere… until it’s not.

If all you do is make progress everywhere else than where you want it, you are holding yourself back.

We are all guilty of it. And the reason for this is usually that we are scared that if we try we might fail. But if we don’t try we don’t have to face the fact that we might not measure up and we still have something to learn.

I’m excited that my new group coaching 5 week series starts this Friday! We will talk about becoming more courageous, so that you can finally start do the things you’ve always dreamed of doing.
